In-Store Policy



Approval by you to repair your unit via writing or by phone, authorizes TV Stereo Clinic/HDTV Clinic to place a lien on the unit until it is paid for in full. After we have attempted to contact customer, you have 30 days to approve, decline or claim your unit. Diagnoses by a trained technician will determine what is causing the failure. It is typical in the diagnosis of a unit to perform partial repairs to verify this. Customers will be notified of the cost to repair the unit. If the customer declines repairs, the technician will have to reinstall the defective parts. As a result, TV Stereo Clinic/HDTV Clinic cannot guarantee that any unit be completely restored to original failed condition. Parts are not always available. We are NOT liable for cosmetic imperfections, intermittent problems, scratches and acts of God.

A 60 day warranty on labor starts from date of completion, not from date the unit is claimed. The warranty will NOT be honored if there is evidence of customer tampering. There is NO warranty offered on cleanings, adjustments, service calls, intermittent problems, plasma panels, LCD panels or units over 6 years from manufacturer date. Diagnostic fees and service call fees are applied towards repairs. The fee is non-refundable.

Service Call Policy



HDTV Clinic charges an off-site fee to come to the location of the equipment. This fee includes pick-up and delivery to the first floor. Every effort is made to pull only the module(s) suspected to be at fault. Only light units are moved; rear projection, CRT, plasma and wall-mounted units and those over 37" are not. Arrangement for easy accessibility is the responsibility of the customer.
