If your unit is under warranty, we will gladly service the unit for you. However, warranties do not generally honor everything. Anything caused by the customer will not be honored. DLP lamps have recently not been included in warranties.

We are not responsible for removing warrantied units from the wall, or built into entertainment centers. Generally units 37" and under must be brought in by the customer. The customer will agree in writing at time of service to pay for any service not paid by warranty company. This agreement is outlined in the "Policies" area. Units in warranty cannot be repaired over night and patience on the customers behalf is required.
